OpenHub

The OpenHub is a workspace where creative professionals and business owners can come and work in the City of Melbourne at an affordable price. Members have a dedicated workspace that they can access 24/7 and have use of a private meeting room.

Membership Plans

OpenHub members have free access to shared services, which include Internet access, Printer, WII console . We have nice office chairs and provide electricity, water and coffee.

Full-time Membership

  • $600 per month (plus GST)
  • Dedicated desk space
  • Lockable storage
  • 24×7 access
  • Internet access (acceptable use policy applies)
  • Meeting room access

Part-time Membership

  • $430 per month (plus GST)
  • Hotdesk 3 days a week
  • Lockable storage
  • 24×7 access
  • Internet access (acceptable use policy applies)
  • Meeting room access
  • Desk can be booked in advance

Roaming Pass

  • $500 a year (plus GST)
  • Hotdesk access during business hours
  • Come in and find a free hot desk or sit on the couch
  • Internet access (acceptable use policy applies)
  • Meeting room not included (can be arranged via Roam & Meet option)
  • Yearly billing in advance
  • Non-refundable

Roam & Meet

  • $120 per use (plus GST)
  • For Roaming members that require casual access to the Meeting room
  • Acceptable meeting room usage applies (i.e meetings can not be longer than 4 hours)
  • Access to Meeting room booking system
  • Roaming member must participate the meeting
  • Use projector, whiteboard, speaker phone, or the WII console

Charity Membership

  • free
  • Coworkers that allocate their time to charity projects can apply to get a desk free of charge.

The Fineprint

  • All prices are exclusive of GST
  • Full-time and part-time members will be billed monthly in advance
  • Full-time and part-time members can pay by EFT or Credit Card
  • Membership joining fee is $25 and is non-refundable
  • Memberships are for the individual and non-transferrable
  • Prices are effective from 1-Jan-2009

  • Full-time and part-time members should talk to us to see whether they can get one of those discounts:
  • 5% discount when signing up for 3 month
  • 10% discount when signing up for 6 month
  • 15% discount when signing up for 12 month
